Essential Duties: | Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the construction industry, with specific Government construction experience.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing project finances.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders utilizing interpersonal understanding, conflict resolution abilities as well as concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in output. Possess an in-depth knowledge of federal construction processes, methodologies, and project management. Demonstrate the ability to analyze construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation. Have a sense of urgency when tending to field issues, providing strategic solutions to keep projects on track.
